Pet Policy

Sova is Kennesaw’s most pet friendly community, with ample greenspace, pet stations, and spacious apartments that ensure those without pets won’t be disturbed. Rules/Regulations: Only dogs, cats, and fish will be considered as pets. No other animals, rodents, insects or species will be permitted. No dogs which will weigh in excess of 35 pounds when full grown will be permitted. No vicious breeds of dogs will be permitted, including Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, wolf-dog mix, Bullmastiff, Akita, Boxer, Chow, Husky, or Alaskan Malamute, regardless of whether such dogs are purebreds or mixed breeds. No resident may have more than one (1) pet. Resident must register any pet before the pet is brought onto the premises. If Resident brings an unregistered pet onto the premises Resident will be in violation of this Lease and will be charged a Pet Violation Fee as indicated in the Lease Contract. Current immunization records for the pet must be submitted at the time permission for the pet is requested. $300 Deposit, $150 non-refundable fee, $35 monthly pet rent.
