|Recommended: YesI have moved into Sova twice, and both times the move-in process has been seamless. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The building is clean and quiet, which is a big differentiator from many other off-campus housing options.
The leasing staff has is always very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always quick to help me and answer any questions I have. Taylor at the leasing office provides excellent customer service and has gone out of her way to solve my problems and make me feel heard. Taylor goes above and beyond for residents to make sure they are having a great experience at Sova. The leasing staff and manager take resident’s concerns seriously and are always ready to help.
Overall, I recommend living at Sova

|Recommended: YesIt Is A Nice Place To Live. — It is in a great location with a parking garage that is connected to your floor. I feel safe walking down the halls and, in the garage. The halls can be messy sometimes and the trash chute is too small. There is always an overload of trash, and it starts to smell and create bugs. It is a reasonable price for college students, and they also have activities held about once a month.

|Recommended: YesParent Parking Availability — As a parent, it is difficult on occasion to find parking in order to visit our child. Need to accommodate the parents and not forget who is paying the rent, certainly not the occupant of the apartment.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartment, Bad Management — The apartment is nice but the hallways are dirty. People play loud music in the courtyard and in their rooms. If you need to call the office about something you'll be put on hold for half an hour or more a good bit of the time. The parking deck is extremely narrow and can barely fit two average sized cars driving past each other, and people go full speed around corners so it would be easy to get hit. It's also nearly impossible to find visitor parking because residents will park in those spaces and management does nothing about it, but they'll allegedly tow if you park in a reserved space not sure how strictly this is enforced . It's not a bad place to live but it's frustrating sometimes.
|Recommended: YesNice Living Space — Its a really nice complex Obviously many college students live here, so expect some immaturity not picking up after themselves. However staff is super friendly helpful, and the manager is super knowledgeable and sweet as well. Parking can be hectic, but again, its college, many people have friends over, which is why the guest parking is hard to find. Overall it’s a nice living space with things to be improved, but its a rather new facility so expect it to get better

|Recommended: YesBeautiful And Comfortable, Trash Pickup Needs Work — Highly recommend even for a freshman amenities are great and super close to ksu. Super helpful if in-person however email and call-backs are hard to come by and you must follow up consistently to get what you need.
