|Recommended: YesGood Place For Students To Live — It's solid in comparison with other student living apartments. I do think that some renovations can be done, but all things considered it is a nice place to live. I really enjoy the community events that are put together.

|Recommended: YesThe Best I Have Lived In At Ksu — It's better than any place I have lived in at in Kennesaw and the first place I have ever decided to renew a lease at. I like it here compared to anywhere else I have stayed in the past. The staff is amazing and the amenities are wonderful My only complaints are about the noise and cleanliness of the hallways.

|Recommended: NoSovary Disappointing — My experience living at SOVA was below average 4 10 . I lived in a four bedroom and chose to do the random roommate matching. When I first did a tour, I was assured by all of the staff that they would take my personality, my wants and expectations seriously when doing roommate matching. When I moved in and met my roommates, I learned that they were all friends and had known each other for an extended amount of time. I was the odd one out and they treated me that way. I would greet them and try to start conversations all for them to ignore and poke fun at me. There was only one roommate out of the other three that actually spoke to me and showed kindness towards me. Also, I got sick which delayed my move in date by a month SOVA was informed . When I finally moved in, my room was unlocked, my toilet had been used there was feces down the side of the toilet , my shower had been used, and so had my bed. This is very unsanitary and I don't understand why SOVA wouldn't keep the bedroom doors locked. When I spoke to staff about these issues I was told there wasn't anything they could do about it and I could just find someone to take over my lease. They could have at least had my room cleaned or offered to put me in a different apartment. I thought it was strange that I had a utility fee when I didn't have the opportunity to move in or use anything yet. The residents are obnoxious and fly through the parking deck without any consideration of others. I fear for my life every time I have to enter exit the parking deck because of how reckless people drive. Overall I would rate my experience here a 4 10.
|Recommended: YesGood For Student Living — The apartments look really nice, only had a few minor thing that needed to be fixed when we moved in. What pisses me off the most is parking, I signed my lease extremely early and picked a parking spot but when I moved in they didn’t have it for me so I had to get a parking spot in the fourth floor when I live on the first floor. Still has me mad to this day. Also after living here for only two months they wanted me to renew my lease or they would put my bed space back on the market. Talk about scam. Beside the monthly shootings that happen outside the buildings, overall good place to live sarcasm . I shouldn’t be paying 800 a month to live somewhere where I can’t walk the street cause my chances of getting shot are so damn high. The building itself is good though, looks nice and everything works for the most part also they made sure me and my friends would all be housed together even though some of them signed late. Honestly, it all depends on what you’re willing to deal with if you want to live here.

|Recommended: YesIts Very Nice But For The Price I'd Expect More — I would say it is a nice place to live but for what we are paying I would expect it to be cleaner and managed better. Overall I would renew my lease because the quality of the apartments and amenities are nice however I am transferring schools next year so I have no need for housing in the Marietta area. If the management was a little better at addressing the issues of messes in the halls and common areas there would be no other problems.

|Recommended: YesIt’s Good But Lacks Many Things. — It’s very good for a good space and clean environment. Parking can be hard and it’s gets a little scary.
|Recommended: YesOverall Great Place To Live — It is a really nice student living apartment. I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends. If you are parking late at night, then sometimes it can be hard to find a spot on your floor and the speed bumps are slightly annoying but other than that it is a great place to live
