|Recommended: YesSova Apartments Review — It is convenient location to KSU and on the BOB bus route. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are very nice. Parking is limited if you do not have a reserved space and the parking deck is very tight.

Being that I've been the only one to live in my bed space and me and my roommates are the only ones to use the common area, it is clean and nice quality. I do enjoy the amenities and location. I would not choose to live in other apartments around the area

|Recommended: YesOverall Review — The only thing that I would change is the amount of reserved parking spots. There are reserved parking spots that are always empty, that parking spot could be used as a regular one.
