|Recommended: YesGreat — I have lived in several KSU student housing apartments during my time at KSU. SOVA has been by far the best. As a new property there were a few kinks that had to be worked out with maintenance and staff but I have had an overall pleasant experience here The apartments are very nice and well built, I hardly ever heard the people above around me. I think this has been a great place to live.
