|Recommended: YesPretty Nice — it is not too bad, i have never felt unsafe while living here. the aesthetic of the place is pretty. we are located around a lot of things which is convenient. some residents are destructive or messy but you can't fully expect too much from college students.
|Recommended: YesIt Is Standard — I love the actual apartment. Maintenance is pretty quick with any complaints and the inside of our apartment just feels clean and modern. The parking deck is terrifying and I have almost been hit in and out of my car probably every few days. The halls could be cleaned bc there are mysterious stains everywhere. Rent somehow went up 15 so kind of rude.
|Recommended: YesComfortable And Cozy, But Not The Cleanest — Sova is a good place to live, especially as a KSU student. It allows for a close comfortable place to come back to after classes. Unfortunately, the floors are not the cleanest and there are smells that I do not know the causes of. But as a college student it doable, it could be a lot worse. There is a positive community in the building and most everyone is friendly. I am happy to be here.
