|Recommended: YesIt Is Above Average — It is a good place to live with the big apartment and big rooms, but their is small things that make it bad. The fire alarm system is messed up, either someone is always pulling the alarm or in our room personally we have had two incidents now where our alarms won't turn off even when the smoke clears. Also, the parking deck in generally I would say just needs improvements but there not necessary.

|Recommended: YesMy Time Here — Overall, I had a great experience living in SOVA. My only issues during my time here were my upstairs neighbors who tended to be a little bit rowdy at times and the fact that residents weren't allowed to sit on the green after hours even if they weren't making any noise.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice New But The Dumpsters — I came to visit my daughter and could not believe the trash overflowing from the dumpsters and all on the ground and all over the place in the parking garage. Is there a reason why it is not getting dumped maybe bi-weekly Not a good impression going into the building.

|Recommended: NoWe Can't Enjoy The Property — The facility is nice, the living space is nice, but the community areas like the courtyard, pool, gameroom, and gym are closed way too early in the day. I understood this when COVID-19 put everything on lockdown for safety reasons, but that has been lifted for several months now. Like other students who live here, I have work and classes during the day. We often want to unwind at the poolside or hang out with friends in the courtyard after a stressful day, but don't get to enjoy it because security will come in to kick us out. I don't come home until 5 30 or 6 00 and by then, the gym is closed. This can be very annoying. This is an expensive community to live in but I made the choice to pay extra so that I can receive the benefits of life at SOVA. So far, I'm questioning whether it's worth it. With social distancing in effect, we should be able to use the amenities that our rent pays for.

|Recommended: YesI Like Sova — If I could change a couple of things, I would be happy. The layout is very nice. I only have problems with the bathroom such as a low shower head that doesn’t go past my chest and the water doesn’t get hot and my room. I have a deluxe room and it’s always cold. Another thing is that I can hear the people upstairs all the time. I wish the walls were thicker. Other than that, it’s nice. The area is great. The big owl has a stop right in front which is convenient. It’s around everything Walmart, the mall, fast food, school, churches, highways .
