|Recommended: YesGood But Can Do A Little Better. — I really like living here but the residents with pets do not keep the area clean. There’s sometimes pet waste in the parking deck and shared spaces outside.

|Recommended: YesSova Is Beautiful But It Is Lacking Service — sova is hands down the best apartment building for kennesaw students. however it took 3 days for us to get someone to fix our AC when it went out. 3 days of us sitting in 88 degree weather and sleeping in it. the parking garage is poorly constructed, even the indy has a more spacious parking garage. there are not nearly enough standard parking spots on each designated floor. also the wifi goes out a bit too often for college students who rely on internet connection.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice And Safe. — It is a great place to live. The gate in the parking deck is broken often and it's hard to find parking late at night or on weekends. Other than that, it is a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesBetter Than Others, But Needs More Work — SOVA is a nice property. The amenities are great and the apartments rooms look really nice. They do little things for us all the time and I appreciate that. However, they have some things they need to work on like maintenance and the printer upstairs. Maintenance is horrible. We have had to ask them to come back on several occasions because they did not correct the problem the first time. The printer upstairs is never kept up with and always out of ink. Also, either the people above me have big feet or the walls are thin because I can hear them walking.... the parking deck is wayyy too tight and narrow. Otherwise, the place looks nice, just a few things they need to work on.
|Recommended: YesOverall I’d Recommend To A Friend — The trash shoot area was out of control for a while, the construction quality is top notch tho, even to the small details. I can definitely hear my neighbor from my bathroom but that’s not a huge issue cause I don’t spend that much time in my bathroom. As far as the parking until I got reserved parking I was unable to park on my floor at all and even after that my spot didn’t have a reserved parking sign so it was always occupied by someone else until I made my own sign. Overall once you get settled it’s a good experience compared to my previous student living experiences.

|Recommended: YesPretty Good, Could Use Some Improvements Though — The rooms are really nice and modernized, full kitchen, washer dryer, and almost all furiniture needed is provided. wifi is strong but depending if youre playing a game you can exerience some framerate lag. Parking is a nightmare at night unless you have a premium parking spot. Trash shute is broken so ne real good place to put trash and some pet owners will let their dogs poop in the parking deck and halls.
