|Recommended: YesIts A Great First Apartment — This was my first apartment and it is pretty great. It's in a great location if you're in school and near the mall. Especially, having all the amenities is great too like the gym. The only thing I really don't like is that sometimes you can hear your neighbors or roommates too well. Also, that the gates never close so you feel a little bit unsafe and people will park in your reserved spot. Sometimes the fire alarms will go off for no reason and when they stop it goes off again. Even with all that, I love living here.

|Recommended: YesNice But Not The Most Convenient — It’s nice modern, the parking garage is far from my room so it’s a long walk unless you get street parking which is hard to get, but i have a reserved spot that people take a lot and i don’t know how to get someone towed people leave trash in the hallways.

|Recommended: YesNice Buildings But Communication Could Be Better — Living in Sova was a Tre blessing because I was looking for last minute housing and Sova was available. I think Sova should improve on telling you where you can and cannot park when you get your keys, parking pass etc. It would clear up a lot of confusion and stop new residents from getting towed. Sova is really beautiful and a nice layout and I like that it tries to do fun stuff like movie nights or smore nights. I just think communication wise it could be better especially when residents have just moved in.

|Recommended: YesNeeds Better Maintenance Team — SOVA is a beautiful apartment complex. However it is very costly. Not sure if they take into consideration that students live here. Students are forced to work long hours or use loans in order to pay rent
|Recommended: YesPretty Good Living — The area is very nice, but parking is very difficult after about 6pm and I can always hear my neighbors. The hallways are also pretty dirty and maintenance takes forever to respond.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice. Somethings Could Be Different — Layout is great and rooms are a good size. but the parking is a joke because we pay to much to live here and they expect you to pay an additional 20 for a reserved spot that people will take.
